On Relationship between Russia and Kazakhstan in the Process of Eurasia Integration

"欧亚一体化进程是后苏联空间内的重要变化,也是研究俄哈关系中不可或缺的特殊视角。从欧亚一体化的产生到发展,俄哈关系都扮演了重要的角色,在推进区域整合的同时也提升了双边关系的水平。目前的欧亚一体化进入到了关键阶段,但是总体上还是属于"政冷经热",这一点与欧亚联盟的最终设想还有所差距,俄哈关系需要在平等、自愿和尊重主权的原则下进一步提升合作水平。

The process of Eurasia integration was an important change in the post-Soviet Union period, which provides a special perspective for the research on the relationship between Russia and Kazakhstan. The relationship of Russia and Kazakhstan had played an important role in the process of Eurasia integration since it took place and developed, which promoted the bilabial relations. At present, the integration has come into a crucial stage but generally, it is shown as ＂cold politics while hot economics＂ which reveals a significant gap with the Eurasian Alliance＇s anticipation. The paper maintains that the relationship between the two countries will have to be improved based on the principle of equality, willingness and respecting mutual sovereignty.
