摘要
文章以励展公司为研究对象,分析该公司的企业战略。首先对公司的内外部环境因素做SOWT分析,得出了公司应该采取SO(增长型)战略的结论。并概括了励展公司所采取的公司层战略、业务层战略及职能层战略。最后,提出了保障措施,即建立制度与激励机制,加强对市场和竞争对手的研究和塑造独特的企业文化。
The paper takes Lizhan company as a case to analyze the enterprise strategy. The author applies SWOT method to analyze the interior and exterior environmental factors of the company, concluding that the company should adopt SO strategy. The paper also analyzes three kinds of strategies which Lizhan company has adopted, e.g. company-level strategy, business-level strategy and function-level strategy and proposes some guarantee measures.
