论创新创业型会展人才的培养——以湖南商学院会展经济与管理专业为例

On Fostering Innovation-Type Exhibition Talents

在大众创新、万众创业时代,高校会展专业必须实施创新创业教育,培养理论基础扎实、综合能力强、人文素质好、创新思维敏捷的创新型会展人才。这就需要建立创新型师资队伍,优化人才培养方案,建立科学考核评价机制,开展项目驱动型实践教学;同时,整合政府与行业资源,加强校企互动,成立多种产学研协同创新平台。湖南商学院会展专业探索"⊥"式会展实践项目开发模式,策划举办多项大型会展实践活动,培养创新创业型人才。

The paper argues that the exhibition specialty in universities will implement innovative education to foster innovation-type and pioneering talents, which requires a whole reform in the exhibition education and teaching. The author takes Hunan University of Commerce as a case to analyze the innovation activities implemented by the exhibition specialty in the university such as ＂ _l_ -style＂ item exploiting model and holding many large-scale exhibition activities, which have made a great achievement in fostering the innovation-type and pioneering talents.
