小牛血去蛋白提取物联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

The efficacy of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将纳入的132例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各66例。所有患者对症治疗后,对照组患者采用前列地尔注射液10μg+0.9%生理盐水(或5%葡萄糖)250 m L,静脉滴注,每日1次,2周为1个疗程。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用小牛血去蛋白提取物800 mg,2周为1个疗程。比较治疗前后两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分,对小牛血去蛋白提取物联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行评价。结果两组患者经过治疗后,两组NIHSS评分都较治疗前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但治疗组NIHSS评分下降幅度较对照组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗,治疗组的总有效率为90.9%,显著高于对照组的78.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.639,P<0.05)。结论经小牛血去蛋白提取物联合前列地尔治疗的急性脑梗死患者得到更好的恢复,治疗总有效率明显更高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 132 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with each group 66 cases. First, all patients were treated with symptomatic. Then the control group were treated with 10 μg of Alprostadil injection, once a day and lasted for 2 weeks. The treatment group were given 20 m L of calf blood protein extract injection on the basis of the control group therapy, and lasted for 2 weeks. To evaluate the effectiveness of the calf blood to protein extract injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and compare the degree score of nerve function defect before and after the treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, NIHSS score of two groups’ patients were decreased significantly after treatment. It means that the neurological deficits of patients in the two groups have been effectively controlled. The effective rate of treatment group 90.9% was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.8%. Conclusion The calf blood to protein extract injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients get better recovery. The effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group so that the calf blood to protein extract injection combined with alprostadil in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is worth clinical more profound research and utilization.
