桂枝茯苓胶囊在治疗卵巢囊肿患者中的临床效果

The effect of assistant treatment with Guizhi Fuling Capsule for ovarian cyst

目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法将48例患者依照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组患者使用常规西药进行对症治疗,观察组患者使用桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为95.83%;对照组的总有效率为87.05%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在白带异常、腰痛及月经不调方面,观察组患者改善时间短于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效显著优于常规西药方案。

Objective To explore application of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods 48 patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group patients were given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group of patients were with Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment. Results After treatment, the observation groups total effective rate was 95.83%, while the control groupwas 87.05%, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）; The leucorrhea abnormality, lumbago and menoxenia, observation group improve time was significantly shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule was superior to that of routine medicine, is worth popularizing widely.
