泛昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect of Famciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes

目的探讨泛昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月~2015年1月收治的复发性生殖器疱疹患者80例,将其随机分成对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组患者给予阿昔洛韦治疗,试验组患者给予泛昔洛韦治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果在结痂时间、止疱时间方面,试验组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;比较两组患者的临床总有效率,试验组为92.5%,对照组为67.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组复发率均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在对复发性生殖器疱疹患者进行治疗时,应用泛昔洛韦具有比较显著的临床疗效,显著改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of famciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods 80 cases of recurrent genital herpes patients in our hospital from January 2013 to 2015 years were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were treated with acyclovir, and the patients in the experimental group were given famciclovir treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results In the scab, stop blister time, experimental group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）; The efficiency were compared between the two groups of patients with experimental group was 92.5%, 67.5% in the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）; and the recurrence rate of experimental group was less than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with recurrent genital herpes, application of famciclovir has remarkable curative effect, which can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, therefore, is worth the clinical promotion.
