摘要
为有效保护监控设备,文章提出一种基于气象预测数据、通过比对预先设置的概率阈值来实现提前预警和自动控制的设备监控系统。该系统基于web服务和.NET平台,通过网络实现采集雷击概率数据和开启、关闭命令的传输,高效及时地对雷击事件做出响应,避免监控设备遭到破坏。
Based on weather forecast data, and by comparing the values of probability threshold which were set inadvance, this paper propose a monitoring system which can actualize the active early - warning and automatic con-trol. With the help of web service and. NET platform, this system can obtain lightning stroke probability and trans-fer the commend of start and stop by the internet. In addition, it can monitor the operating condition in real timeand make timely reflection on lightning stxoke effectively, which will avoid damaging the monitoring equipment.
