Strategy to Rescue Operation Safety of Expressway Fire Extinguishing

近年来,全国消防部队在处置高速公路突发事件时救援人员伤亡事故时有发生。本文结合近年来全国消防部队在处置各类高速公路灾害事故中造成官兵伤亡的案例,根据笔者多年灭火救援作战实践,分析了高速公路应急救援安全短板所在,从接警调度、行车安全、车辆停靠等十个方面提出安全对策,对基层消防部队在处置类似灾害事故有一定的借鉴意义。

In recent years, Rescue personnel casualty accidents usually happened when the national fire forcehandle the incident in expressway. After summarizing officers and soldiers casualties of the national fire force indealing with damages in expressway in recent years, and combining with authorg fire rescuing operations practice,this paper analyzed the safety weakness in emergency rescue of expressway, presented ten safety suggestions suchas receiving alarm schedule, driving operation safety, vehicle parking ere, it will provide some ideas for the basefire fighting force when dealing with similar damages.
