功能化介孔氧化硅泡沫材料催化合成香豆素化合物

Synthesis of coumarin compound using functionalized mesocellular silica foams as catalysts

摘要 以具有超大孔径和窗口尺寸的介孔氧化硅泡沫(MCF)材料为载体,以1-(三乙氧基硅烷丙基)-3-甲基咪唑氯盐为活性组分,通过原位合成法制得MCF-IL-m催化剂,研究了其在香豆素化合物合成反应中的催化性能,考察了离子液体固载量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对香豆素化合物合成反应的影响。结果表明,在最优的工艺条件下,香豆素化合物的收率高达82.7%,且反应后的催化剂经过滤即可分离回收利用,循环使用5次后催化活性未明显下降. A series of MCF-IL-m catalysts were prepared via in situ method,using mesocellular silica foams( MCF) with ultra large pore size as the support and 1-( triethoxysilylpropyl)-3-methylimidazolium chloride( IL) as the active component. The catalysts were evaluated in the synthesis reaction of conmarin compound,and the effects of the amount of ionic liquid immobilization and catalysts,reaction temperature,reaction time on the catalytic activity were investigated. The results indicated that the reaction yield of coumarin compound was 82. 7% under the optimal reaction condition. It was found that the catalyst of MCF-IL-m could be recovered easily by filtration and the catalytic activity of MCFIL-m was remained after being reused for five times.
