摘要
运用文献法、比较法和统计法,研究发现江苏省通过统筹规划、推动院校分类发展、加快学科建设、壮大人才队伍、推动高等教育国际化、加大财政保障力度等措施,一流大学建设取得了显著成效。江苏省建设一流大学的启示包括:必须结合国家和地区经济社会发展实际,以综合改革为统领,以提高质量为核心,以深化改革为动力,在顶层设计、人才培养、学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、体制机制创新、对外开放和财政投入等方面加强改革。
By adopting literature review,comparative analysis and statistical methods,this paper found that Jiangsu province got marked success in the construction of first-class universities through overall planning,promoting the institutions classification development,accelerating discipline construction,highlighting qualified personnel,promoting the internationalization of higher education and strong investment in higher education amongst other measures. The enlightenments that can be drawn include： by taking the national and regional economic and social development reality into account,it is advisable to take comprehensive reform as the guide and driving force and improving the quality as the core,and to carry out reform in terms of top-level design,training,discipline construction,teacher team-building,institutional innovation,openingdoor policies and financial investment,etc.
