摘要
安徽省某上市企业,在电镀生产过程中产生一股化学镀镍废水,该类废水中含有各种络合剂及助剂等物质,严重影响重金属镍、磷酸盐等去除;用酸性氧化沉淀+离子交换深度处理法工艺处理该镍系废水,经调试运行表明该方法处理稳定可靠,处理效果优良,处理后出水水质达到《电镀污染物排放标准(GB21900--2008)》表三标准,即出水总镍≤0.1 mg/l、总磷≤0.5 mg/l。
