摘要
采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对某海洋平台进行池火灾环境下的温度场模拟,模拟过程中考虑海洋环境风速及挡风墙的影响,得到池火灾的发展趋势、平台温度场的空气温度分布和较安全的挡风墙设置情况.结果表明:无风情况下海洋平台甲板内的池火先上升到顶部甲板处,再缓慢向周围扩散,平台顶部温度很高,底部温度较低;在主风向处设置挡风墙,可以防止有风情况下池火灾火焰在平台上的蔓延,降低池火灾对周围设备的危害.
The simulation of temperature field at offshore platform in pool fire environment is carried out with software ANSYS FLUENT,where the impact of wind speed in marine environment and wind wall is taken into account and the development trend of the pool fire,air temperature distribution at the platform,and safer layout of wind wall are obtained.The result shows that the pool fire in offshore platform deck rises to the top of the deck first and then spreads to the surrounding slowly in the case of no wind.The temperature is high at the top of the platform,but is low at the bottom of the platform.By setting wind wall on upwind position in the case of wind blow,the spread of fire flame can be prevented and the dangers of the surrounding equipments due to the pool fire will be reduced.
