Experimental investigation of bearing capacity of new type unilateral bolts

摘要 以单板的4种加工工艺(螺纹切削、淬火切削、螺纹挤压以及热熔钻)和组合板厚度为影响因素,对28组(202个试件)普通钢板作为螺母时的螺栓承载力进行试验研究.试验表明:单板螺栓承载力随板厚增加而显著增加,螺纹挤压工艺是较为理想加工方式;相同螺栓直径,螺栓承载力组合板随板厚增加而增大,但当组合板厚达到16mm之后(螺纹圈数接近8),承载力增长趋势减缓;组合板加工工艺的质量对螺栓承载力有显著影响. Taking four kinds of machining process of single plate(thread cutting,quenching cutting,thread extrusion and hot melt drilling)and thickness of composite plate as influencing factor,the bearing capacity of 28 groups of bolt samples(202pieces)prepared with ordinary steel plate was investigated experimentally.The experimental result showed that the bearing capacity of single plate bolt would increase remarkably with the increase of plate thickness and the thread extrusion process would be relatively ideal processing way;under the condition of same bolt diameter,bolt bearing capacity would increase with thickness of composite plate.But when its thickness was increased to 16mm(thread laps close to 8),the growth trend of bearing capacity would be slowed.The processing quality of composite plate would have a noticeable influence on bolt bearing capacity.
