再生混凝土梁抗弯性能试验 被引量:10

Experiment on flexural behavior of recycled anti-bending concrete beam

摘要 以再生骨料的取代率为试验参数,对1组普通混凝土梁和4组不同取代率的再生混凝土梁进行对比试验.研究在相同水灰比条件下,再生粗骨料混凝土梁和普通混凝土梁抗弯性能的差异和共同点,以及不同取代率的再生混凝土梁抗弯性能的差异.重点分析再生混凝土梁的平截面假定的适用性,承载能力、抗裂性能和抗弯刚度的差异.结果表明再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度和普通混凝土的立方体抗压强度相差不明显;再生混凝土梁极限受弯承载力小于普通混凝土梁的极限受弯承载力,取代率对再生混凝土梁的受弯极限承载力没有明显的影响;再生混凝土梁的抗弯刚度小于普通混凝土梁;再生混凝土抗裂性能比普通混凝土差. Taking replacing rate of recycled coarse aggregate as experimental parameters,comparison experiment on one group of ordinary concrete beams and four groups of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams with different replacing rate is carried out.Under condition of same water-to-cement ratio,the similarity of and difference in bending resistance of the two kinds of beams,and that of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams with different replacing rate is investigated.The applicability of plane cross-section assumption in recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams and their difference in bearing capacity,anti-bending stiffness,and anti-crack performance are emphatically analyzed.The result shows that there will be no obvious difference in cube compressive strength between the recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams and ordinary concrete beams.The ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams will be less than that of ordinary concrete beams.There will be no influence of replacing rate on ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams.The bending stiffness of recycled concrete beams will be less than that of ordinary concrete beams and the crack resistance of recycled concrete will be less than that of ordinary concrete.
