省级现代远程教育管理信息系统的设计与实现

Research on Developing Information Management System for Provincial Modern Distance Education

为提高省级教育主管部门对属地远程教育的管理效率,发挥信息化管理的优势,本研究以具有代表性的广东省现代远程教育管理为例,在远程教育行政管理内容梳理与用户需求调查的基础上,设计并实现了包括门户网站,学习中心年报年检系统、教学投诉系统与短信息发布系统的省级现代远程教育管理信息系统,以实际行动推动省级现代远程教育信息化管理实践。

It is very important for a provincial education department to exploit the advantages of informationization to facilitate its supervision over its territorial distance education system. The present study sampled Guangdong Province to poll users' needs in this aspect. Then the study developed an informationized provincial modern distance education management system, which includes a portal, and three modules for learning center's annual report and inspection, complaints, and short messages respectively.
