高职社会工作专业实训的反思——以广州市X高职院校社会工作专业实训为例

Refl ections on Professional Practice Training of Social Work Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges——Case Study of College X in Guangzhou

本文以广州市X高职院校社会工作专业实训为例,剖析其社会工作专业实训优势和困境。X校的社会工作专业实训优势包括:实训的技能考核项目及要求清晰、时间安排合理和校外实训基地资源丰富。X校的社会工作专业实训的困境包括:学生实训态度存在负面情绪、督导质量有待提高和案主意愿不足。针对X校社会工作专业实训的优势和困境,本文提出六点建议:完善实训教学管理制度、鼓励学生课余时间的实习、促进校内实训室建设、加强学生专业价值观、提高督导质量和建立高校背景的社会工作机构。

This paper samples college X in Guangzhou, and analyzes the professional practice training for social work majors. On the one hand, it posses such advantages as explicit objectives, fl exible schedules, and rich sources of collaborators. On the other, disadvantages are acute in that students are resistant to the training, and supervision is less effective, in addition to partners' unwillingness to cooperate. To address these problems, this paper puts forward six measures: improving practical teaching management system, encouraging students to exploit their spare time, building up in-school model laboratories, strengthening students' professional ideologies, improving the quality of supervision, and establishing school-based social work agencies.
