纳米碳在甲状腺癌手术中保护甲状旁腺的作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨纳米碳在甲状腺癌手术中对甲状旁腺的保护作用。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年1月我院收治的67例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料,其中30例注射纳米碳为试验组,37例未用纳米碳为对照组。比较两组患者术后甲状旁腺功能的变化情况。结果两组患者年龄、性别、手术方式、术后病理等资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲状旁腺损伤率(暂时性:试验组为3.33%,对照组为13.51%;永久性:试验组为0,对照组为8.11%)比较,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌手术中应用纳米碳可以更好地保护甲状旁腺,降低甲状旁腺的损伤几率。 Objective To discuss the protective effect of carbon nanoparticles on parathyroid in the surgery of thyroid carcinoma.Methods Sixty-seven cases with thyroid carcinoma were divided into trail group(n = 30)and control group(n = 37)according to whether the patients accepted carbon nanoparticles injection.The parathyroid gland function was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,type of operation or pathology between the two groups(P〈0.05).The temporary rates of parathyroidinjury were 3.33% and13.51% in trail group and control group,and the permanent rates were 0 and 8.11%,there were significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Carbon nanoparticles can protect the parathyroid in the surgery of thyroid carcinoma,and decrease the rate of parathyroid injury.
