摘要 从药剂组成、药剂成胶及调剖机理等方面对PR-PC/QLC-I堵水调剖剂的性能及特点进行了分析,通过优选调剖药剂配方,并进行了室内试验评价。结果表明,该调剖剂对注入清水和地层条件有较好适应性,能够通过调节配方调节成胶时间、黏度。国内某高含水油田实际堵水调剖结果表明,区块整体受效,平均单井日产油由0.4t上升到1.3t,含水下降7.4%,提高采收率0.81%。 The properties and characteristics of PR-PC/QLC-I water plugging and profile control agent is analyzed from the aspects of its composition,gelatinizing and profile control mechanism.Laboratory tests are carried out to optimize its formulation.The results show that the profile control agent has good adaptability to the injected water and formation conditions by adjusting the formulation of gelation time and intensity.Then it is applied to a domestic oilfield with high water cut for water plugging,and it has an effective effect on the region.The average oil production is increased from0.4tto 1.3t,while water cut is decreased by 7.4%.
