校企“无缝对接”应用型人才培养模式探讨

Exploration of Applied Talent Cultivating Mode Based on Seamless Connection of University- enterprise Cooperation

构建"无缝对接"人才培养模式是校企合作实践教育改革发展的重点,但受到劳动关系模糊、职业道德教育被忽视、校企互动不深入等客观条件的影响,使其难以适应现代高等教育改革的需要。探讨了目前校企无缝对接培养应用型人才所存在的问题,并结合湖北工业大学校企无缝对接相关案例,提出了具有建设性的无缝对接方案,同时论证了该方案的有效性。

Seamless connection is the key point in practical education reform based on university - enterprise cooperation. However, Under the influence of objective influences such as fuzzy labor relation, occupational ethics neglect, simple enterprise interaction,it is difficult to meet the needs of modern education reform in u- niversities. In this paper, the current existing problems in the seamless connection between the university and enterprise are discussed to cultivate application talents. Based on some related cases in Hubei University of Technology, the constructive cooperation scheme is proposed, and the effectiveness of this program is demonstrated.
