薄层液基细胞学联合高危人乳头瘤病毒检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的通过分析冠县人民医院就诊妇女宫颈病变筛查结果,评价基层医院薄层液基细胞学(TCT)检查及高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测在宫颈癌筛查中诊断价值。方法选择冠县人民医院2013年1月至2015年1月TCT筛查异常的380例女性,其中304例患者行高危HPV检测及阴道镜活检,并对资料进行统计分析。结果单独TCT检查对宫颈病变的检出率为44.74%,TCT联合高危HPV检测的检出率为75.48%(P<0.01)。随着TCT分级升高,宫颈病变检出率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TCT联合高危HPV检测能显著提高宫颈病变检出率,在宫颈癌筛查中具有巨大的临床价值。
