新常态下城市社区教育资源体系化构建探析

On Systematization of Educational Resources in Urban Community:A Perspective of “New Normal”

新常态下城市社区教育资源实现开放共享、合理配置、提升利用成效、构建社区教育资源体系是我国社区教育资源长远发展的根本之策。但是,当前城市社区教育资源共享过程中还存在诸多的阻碍因素。针对我国城市社区教育资源的利用现状,只有明确具体的限制因素,探索深层的原因,才能明确方向,提出改革之策,全面推进城市社区教育资源的最大化共享。

Under the ＂New Normal＂, we need to help our educational resources in urban community to realize opening and sharing, rational allocation in order to promote its efficiency and systematization for its long-term development in China, though there are a few problems in its process. The author argues that we should find out causes and measures so that educational resources in urban community can be maximized.
