开放大学开展远程教育教学存在学习者孤独感强烈、学习被动、积极性低且容易中途放弃导致生源流失的问题。构建开放大学网络学习共同体能够很好地解决这一难题。开放大学网络学习共同体具有其独特的内涵、特征和组成要素,构建其系统模型需要一定条件和策略支持。

In distance education and teaching, learners＇ loneliness, passive learning, and low enthusiasm are blame for their drop-out. The author maintains that this problem can be solved effectively by online learning community. The construction of its system model can be realized under the support of some conditions and strategies owing to its special connotation, characteristics and elements.
