五音疗法结合中药辨证治疗功能性消化不良

Therapeutic effects and mechanism of five notes therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentia-tion in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的观察五音疗法结合中药辨证治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法选取功能性消化不良患者180例,随机分为3组,每组60例,A组行五音疗法结合中药治疗,B组行单纯中药治疗,C组行西药枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,于治疗后进行症状评分。结果 C组总有效率为91.67%(55/60)明显高于A组的78.33%(47/60)和B组的76.67%(46/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者临床症状均有明显改善(P<0.05),C组治疗后临床症状积分改善情况显著优于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五音疗法结合中药辨证治疗功能性消化不良易被患者接受,简单易行安全有效,值得在临床推广。

Objectives To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of five notes therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Totally 180 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,60 cases for each group. Group A was treated with five notes therapy combined with TCM treatment,group B with TCM treatment,and group C with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets. Symptom scores were recorded after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91. 67%（ 55 /60） in group C,significantly higher than group A 78. 33%（ 47 /60） and group B 76. 67%（ 46 /60）（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical symptoms of three groups improved significantly after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Clinical symptomatic score in group A was superior to group B and group C（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Five-notes therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation is simple,safe and effective,and easily accepted by patients with functional dyspepsia,worth of being widely applied in clinic.
