健脾消浊颗粒治疗痰湿质代谢综合征43例临床研究

Clinical study of Jianpi-xiaozhuo granules on the treatment of metabolic syndrome with phlegm-dampness constitution

目的观察健脾消浊颗粒治疗痰湿质代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法将85例痰湿质代谢综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组43例予健脾消浊颗粒治疗,对照组42例予阿卡波糖片治疗。2组均治疗12周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)及体质量指数(BMI)变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.0%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消浊颗粒治疗痰湿质代谢综合征疗效确切,可显著改善患者血脂、血糖。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi- xiaozhuo granules on metabolic syndrome with phlegm- dampness constitution. Methods 85 metabolic syndrome patients with phlegm- dampness constitution were randomly divided into two groups. 43 patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpi- xiaozhuo granules.42 patients in control group were treated by acarbose tablets. The curative effect was evaluated 12 weeks after treatment in two groups. The changes of serum total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL- C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL- C）,fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,body mass index（ BMI） were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 93. 0%） was superior to that in control group（ 66. 7%,P〈0. 05）. The BMI and FPG after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈0.05）,the levels of TC,TG,LDL- C after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the HDL- C was increased（ P〈0. 05）. The improvements of BMI,FPG,TC,TG,LDL- C,HDL- C in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi- xiaozhuo granules has better effect than simple western medicine on the treatment of metabolic syndrome,can obviously improve the blood liquid and blood glucose without obvious side effect.
