逍遥散加减对女性心脏神经官能症患者炎症因子的影响

Effects of modified Xiaoyao powder on inflammatory factors in female patients with cardiac neurosis

目的观察逍遥散加减对女性心脏神经官能症(CN)患者炎症因子的影响。方法将111例女性CN患者随机分为2组。对照组47例予西医常规治疗,治疗组64例予逍遥散加减治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、焦虑量表评分(HAMA)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.31%,对照组总有效率78.72%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组各症状发生率较本组治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05);2组除窦性心动过速、非特异性ST-T波改变症状改变差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余症状治疗组发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组HAMA及HAMD评分较本组治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组降低HAMA及HAMD评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α较本组治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加减治疗女性CN疗效确切,并能改善患者临床症状及抑郁症状,降低体内炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the effects of modified Xiaoyao powder on inflammatory factors in female patients with cardiac neurosis（ CN）. Methods 111 female patients with CN were randomly divided into two groups.47 patients in control group were treated by western routine treatment. 64 patients in treatment group were treated by modified Xiaoyao powder. The curative effect was evaluated four weeks after treatment in two groups. The changes of Hamilton depressive scale（ HAMD）,Hamilton anxiety scale（ HAMA）,hyper- sensitive C- reactive protein（ hs-CRP） and tumor necrosis factor- α（ TNF- α） before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 95. 31%） was superior to that in control group（ 78. 72%,P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of symptoms after treatment was obviously decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of each symptom after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,except the symptoms of nodal tachycardia and non- specific ST- T changes（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of HAMA and HAMD after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of hs- CRP and TNF- α after treatment were decrease in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao powder has exact effect on DN in female patients,can effec tively improve clinical symptoms and depression,and reduce levels of inflammatory factors.
