Counselors is a guide, organizer and educator of college students＇ ideological and political work, is also the bosomfriend and mentor in their life. Aiming at the new characteristics and problems nowadays, through a new view, insisting on the workconcept, the author put forward some approaches to enhance professionalism of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
