摘要
人工智能作为技术的实体性存在兼具技术之善与技术之恶,其积极一面表现在法律与伦理的意识形态问题上,显示出促进法律和道德公平正义等一系列优越性;其消极之处主要体现在伦理界定与意识形态固化等问题中,需要进行哲学上的反思与批判。
The artificial Intelligence exists as a substance technology. It has positive and negative sides. The positive side shows as the law and morality ideology,which has a series of superiority to promote justice and some other moral ideology. The negative side is reflected as the ethic define and ideology solidification,which need to be reflected and criticized on philosophy.
