Light steel structure building represents the mainstream trend of advanced residence, and it is often used to build low-rise residence of two-three storeies. The article introduces the advantages of light steel house. Combining the case of some light steel villa in Beijing, the paper makes a detailed introduction of the overall structure designing, including insulation, waterproofing and fire prevention designs of wall, floor and roof.
