蒙药文冠木质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard for Mongolian Medicine Wenguanmu(Lignum Xanthocerais)

目的:应用现代分析方法,建立蒙药文冠木质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别;采用HPLC法测定槲皮素的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(41∶59),检测波长370 nm,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温25℃。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;含量测定槲皮素在0.05013~0.5013μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.13%(RSD为0.92%,n=2)。结论:所建方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于蒙药文冠木的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a quality standard for Mongolian medicine Wenguanmu （Lignum Xanthocerais.） using modern analytical method. Methods： Identification was carried out by TLC. The determination of Quercetin was caned out by HPLC under the following condition： chromatographic column was Kromasil 100- 5C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）, the mobile phase was Methanol-H2O （41：59）, the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The relevant spots were clear with good resolution, the linear ranges of Quercetin was 0.05013-0.5013 μg （r=0.9997）, the average recov- ery was 100.13% （RSD=0.92%,n=2）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Lignum Xanthocerais.
