摘要
综述了便秘的中医药研究进展,认为中药治疗便秘时辨证论治、疏解调和,更有其独特优势。治疗便秘的中药剂型已不单单是汤剂,还包括丸剂、贴剂、胶囊、灌肠剂等。治疗便秘的机理有改变细胞状态、血电解质浓度、神经递质含量等。对便秘药物作用机制及研发状况的了解,可以为研发更有效的治疗便秘的中药提供理论基础。
The author reviewed the research progress of constipation in TCM, and thought that the main thinking of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treating the disease was syndrome differentiation and ease and reconcilement, TCM has its own unique advantages. Currently, the medicine formulations of treating constipation are not just decoction, also including pills, patches, capsules, enemas and so on. The main mechanism of treating constipation includes that the changing of the state of the cells, the variation of the blood electrolyte con- centration and the transformation of neurotransmitter content. Therefore, understanding the mechanism of action of constipation and development status can provide a traditional Chinese medicine theoretical basis for developing more effective medicine to treat constipation.
