This paper presents cases of Professor XIA Guicheng’s treatment of decreasedovarian reserve,summarize the characteristic of Professor XIA’s experience in diagnosis and treatment. Professor XIA Guicheng thinks patients with decreasedovarian reserve have deficiency of the kidney,reduction of Kui water,excessive internal heat caused by deficiency of Yin and discord between heart and kidney. Professor XIA’s treatment on premature ovarian failure focuses on regulation of heart-kidney-uterus axis,coordination between heart and kidney;when outbreak occurs,patient should clear their mind,take care of her kidney.
