从药代动力学角度探讨四逆散药物配伍间协同关系

Discussion of Synergistc between Sini San Compatibility by Pharmacokinetics

目的:通过研究给予四逆散不同配伍组后大鼠血浆中芍药苷的药动学参数变化,从药动学的角度探讨四逆散药物配伍之间的协同关系。方法:SD大鼠分别灌胃四逆散不同配伍组的水煎液,以HPLC法检测大鼠血浆中芍药苷的血药浓度并计算其主要药动学参数。结果:四逆散组[T1/2:(490.75±55.31)min,Cmax:(0.69±0.39)μg·m L-1]能长效维持较稳定的芍药苷血药浓度,具有其它配伍组所不可比拟的优势。比较各配伍组药动学参数,柴芍组的效用最接近于四逆散组。结论:四逆散全方配伍所产生的协同作用与中医理论及现代药理药效学较为一致,证明了其组方配伍的合理性,为指导今后的临床给药方案提供了重要的依据。

Objective：To explore synergies between Sini San compatibilities from the perspective of pharmacokinetics by studying pharmacokinetic parameters of peonifiorin in rats’ plasma after the provision of different Sini San compatibility groups. Methods：To feed SD rats Sini San in different compatibility groups in the way of gavage,using HPLC method to test the concentration of paeoniflorin in rats’ plasma and calculate the main pharmacokinetic parameters. Results：The Sini San group[T1/2：（490.75±55.31）min,Cmax：（0.69±0.39）μg·m L-1]can maintain a long-term,stable and blood drug concentration and has unmatched advantages over other compatibility groups. After comparing the pharmacokinetic parameters of different compatibility groups,the effectiveness of Chaishao group is the closest to that of Sini San group. Conclusion：Synergies generated by the compatibility of all- element Sini San are consistent with traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology pharmacodynamics,which proves its prescription compatibility is reasonable and can act as an important basis to guide the future clinical dosing regimen.
