摘要
目的:考察非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的含量,使用超声波提取法进行提取,考察料液比、溶剂分数、提取时间、超声功率对含量的影响。在单因素的基础上,结合正交试验法选取溶剂分数、料液比、提取时间考察其对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的最适提取工艺为70%甲醇溶液,料液比为1∶40,超声功率400 W,提取时间30 min。结论:该方法对非洲木犀榄叶中木犀草苷、橄榄苦苷的提取简单易行,方法可靠。
Objective:To study the optimized method of extraction luteoloside and oleuropein from Olea europaea L. subsp. Africana. Methods:The contents of luteoloside and oleuropein in Olea europaea L. subsp. Africana were measured using HPLC method. The method of extraction luteoloside and oleuropein from olive was optimized with the assistant of ultrasonic. Four factors below were tested according to the extraction yield:the ratio of material to solvent,methyl alcohol concentration,extraction time and ultrasonic power,the optimum extraction conditions of luteoloside and oleuropein in Olea europaea L. subsp. Africana were determined with ort-hogonal test. Results:The optimum conditions of extracting were obtained as follow:70% methyl alcohol as extraction solvent at 400 W of Ultrasonic energy for 30 min,and the radio of solvent to material was 1∶40. Conclusion:The method of extraction luteoloside and oleuropein from Olea europaeasubsp. Africana is simple and good.
