中药敷脐辅助治疗肝硬化腹水临床疗效观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Umbilical Application in Auxiliary Treatment of Cirrhosis Ascites

目的:探究中药敷脐辅助治疗72例肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的肝硬化腹水患者50例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,其中对照组25例,予限钠、利尿等常规药物治疗;实验组25例,在常规治疗的基础上加用中药敷脐,6 d为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,检测两组患者临床疗效,对比治疗前后患者腹围、24 h尿量的变化。结果:1经治疗后两组患者腹水明显减少,临床疗效明显,实验组临床总有效率为84%,对照组临床总有效率为64%,实验组疗效较对照组明显,两组结果有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2经治疗后两组患者24 h尿量比较,两组患者24 h尿量均有所增加,且实验组增加较对照组明显,两组结果有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3经治疗后两组患者腹围比较,两组患者腹围均有所缩小,且实验组较对照组缩小明显,两组结果有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐能够推动气血运行,刺激组织血液循环及淋巴回流,可明显增加患者尿量、缩小腹围,有效治疗肝硬化腹水,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine umbilical application in the auxiliary for the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods：A total of 50 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups at random. The control group were given sodium-limiting,diuresis and routine treatment. Experimental group combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical application on the basis of conventional treatment,6 days for a period of treatment,totally two periods. After the treatment,detect two groups’ clinical curative effect and the change of the 24 h urine output. Results：（1）Ascites decreased significantly in both groups after treatment. The clinical total effective rate was 84% in the experiment group,while the control group was 64%. Curative effect of the experimental group was better than the control group and the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.（2） The 24 h urine in both groups after treatment increased and the experimental group significantly increased than the control group,and the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.（3）Abdominal perimeters of two groups after treatment were reduced and the experimental group was reduced obviously,and the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine umbilical application can promote and stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic circumfluence. The patients can obviously increase urine output and reduce the abdominal perimeters,effective for liver cirrhosis asciteswith a guidance of clinical and worthy of clinical promotion.
