卒中后便秘研究进展

Advances of Studies on Constipation after Stroke

卒中后便秘是脑卒中的常见并发症,不仅影响患者的生活质量,而且易诱发、加重脑血管病,影响疾病的恢复。西医治疗卒中后便秘以药物口服、灌肠、生物反馈、认知行为干预、肛门牵张训练等为主,中医治疗有中药口服、中药贴敷、针灸、推拿按摩、体操锻炼、耳穴压豆、刮痧等方法,另外还有饮食防治、心理调节等方法,均可取得一定疗效。现将近年来卒中后便秘的防治方法研究进展进行综述。

Constipation after stroke as a common clinical complication after stroke,it not only influences the quality of life,but also induces and aggravates cerebrovascular disease,influence the recovery of disease. Western treatments includes oral drug,enema,biofeedback training,congnitive behavioral therapy,anal stretch training. Traditional Chinese medicine treatments include oral herbs,chinese drugs at the acupoint,acupuncture,massage,gymnastic exercises,auricular point pressing with bean,saraping and other methods. Besides,diet,psychological adjustment and other methods,we can achieve a certain effect.The article is a summary about the advances of studies on prevention and treatment of constipation after stroke in recent years.
