消痤汤联合水调散治疗寻常痤疮临床报道

Clinical Effect of Xiaocuo Decoction Combined with Suitiao Powder in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察消痤汤配合水调散外敷治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月来我院接受治疗的痤疮患者129例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组65例,采用消痤汤配合外用水调散治疗,并对比两组的起效时间和治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的皮损开始减小时间和皮损减小至稳定时间均明显快于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率达到90.77%,治愈显效率达到75.38%,对照组总有效率73.44%,治愈显效率50.00%,两组治愈显效率有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),总有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:消痤汤配合水调散外敷治疗寻常痤疮能明显缩短痤疮消退时间,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the effect of Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Suitiao Powder in acne vulgaris patients. Method：Selected 129 acne vulgaris patients in our hospital for treatment from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2014 and divided into two groups. Selected 65 patients as the observation group in the treatment of Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Suitiao Powder;selected 64 patients as the control group.Compared the effect onset time and the treatment effect with patients of two groups. Result：The time treated lesions began to reduce and the time from treated lesions began to reduce to be stable course were significantly faster than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group,the cure rate and total efficiency significantly increased in the observed group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and can reduce acne subsided time significantly. Conclusion：Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Suitiao Powder for treatment in acne vulgaris patients,reduce acne subsided time,improve the clinical treatment effect and is worthy of clinical application.
