综合护理雷火灸治疗VDT视疲劳

Clinical Analysis of Synthesis Nursing and Thunder Fire Moxibustion for Severe Visual Display Terminals(VDT)Asthenopia

目的:观察综合护理雷火灸治疗视频显示终端视疲劳(VDT视疲劳)的临床疗效,探讨综合护理雷火灸治疗VDT视疲劳的作用机理。方法:将180例VDT视疲劳患者随机分为3组,其中雷火灸治疗组60例,予以眶周雷火灸;按摩治疗组60例,予以手法按摩治疗;综合治疗组60例,予以眶周雷火灸加手法按摩。雷火灸施灸时进行规范护理操作,疗程10 d,进行临床疗效统计。结果:雷火灸治疗组总有效率为73.33%,按摩治疗组36.67%,综合治疗组91.67%,雷火灸治疗组、综合治疗组分别与按摩治疗组进行比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);雷火灸治疗组与综合治疗组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理雷火灸在治疗VDT视疲劳方面具有值得肯定的临床效果,结合手法按摩的雷火灸在治疗VDT视疲劳方面疗效更佳。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of synthesis nursing and thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of visual display terminals（VDT）asthenopia. Methods：One hundred and eighty patients with VDT were randomly divided into three groups in the study. Patients in Thunder fire moxibustion treatment group were administrated by thunder fire moxibustion,those in the massage treatment group were administrated by the chinese medicine massage. While those in the Comprehensive treatment group were given thunder fire moxibustion and the Chinese medicine massage.10 days as a period of treatment. After a period of treatment,according to the patients’ ocular symptoms quantification score,the clinical curative effect is evaluated. Results：After treatment,between the three groups：The total effective rate of the Thunder fire moxibustion treatment group was 73.33%,while the massage treatment group was 36.67%,the comprehensive group was 91.67%.Both of the thunder fire moxibustion and The massage treatment groups’ curative effect were better than the control group（P〈0.01）.There was difference between the thunder fire moxibustion and massage groups in general（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Thunder fire moxibustion combined nursing care have positive clinical effect to improve the symptoms of patients with severe VDT asthenopia.Comprehensive treatment group given Thunder fire moxibustion and massage has better therapy effects.
