平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者疗效研究

Study on Effect of Pingtang Yishen Decoction Combined with Irbesartan in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的:探讨平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法:选择2014年3月—2015年3月来我院就诊的80例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者仅使用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者给予平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗。治疗12周后,分析对比两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白的肾功能情况,并对比治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白均有所改善,与治疗前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与对照组相比,观察组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白均明显改善,结果有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能够有效的降低血糖、降低尿蛋白的水平,且能够改善肾功能情况,能够有效的抑制早期糖尿病肾病的发展,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Pingtang Yishen Decoction combined with irbesartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods：80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,and the patients were divided into two groups according random number table,40 patients in each group. The patients of control group were treated with irbesartan. The patients of observed group were treated with irbesartan combined with Pingtang YishenDecoction. The blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine protein were compared before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of observed group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of treatment,the blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine protein was improved in both two groups. The all index of observed group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The effect of Pingtang Yishen Decoction combined with irbesartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy is good. The method can control the development of diabetic nephropathy and it is worth to promote in clinc.
