经皮穴位电刺激人工周期疗法治疗青春期功血(肾气虚证)患者疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Juvinile Uterine Bleeding(Kidney Qi Deficiency)Treated with Transcutaneous Electrical Point Stimulation

目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激调整青春期功血(JUB)肾气虚证患者月经周期的临床疗效。方法:将120例JUB肾气虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组依据卵巢生理周期辨证取穴给予经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片和安宫黄体酮片口服治疗,每个月经周期治疗21 d,共治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后在生殖激素LH和E2水平、排卵期最大卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度等方面具有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗总有效率亦具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激依据卵巢生理周期辨证取穴治疗JUB肾气虚证可调节机体生殖激素水平,促进卵泡成熟排放,建立正常的月经周期。

Objective：To study the effect of juvinile uterine bleeding（Kidney Qi Deficiency）treated with transcutaneous electrical point stimulation. Method：One hundred and twenty juvinile uterine bleeding（Kidney Qi Deficiency）patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=60）and control group（n=60）,the treatment group were given transcutaneous electrical point stimulation basis for the physiological cycle of ovary,the control group were given estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone tablets orally,a course of treatment was 21 days,totally 3 courses. Results：In the end of treatment,levels of reproductive hormone LH and E2,the largest follicle diameter of ovulatory phase and the endometrial thickness were significant differences between the control group and treatment group（P〈0.01）,there were significant differences between the 2 group in the total effective rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of juvinile uterine bleeding（Kidney Qi Deficiency）with transcutaneous electrical point stimulation basis for the physiological cycle of ovary can regulate the levels of reproductive hormone,promote ovarian to mature and discharge,establish normal menstrual cycle.
