中医药防治乳腺癌进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Breast Cancer

乳腺癌是女性恶性肿瘤常见病,乳腺癌已成为全球女性恶性肿瘤第一位,我国2000年来城市地区乳腺癌仅次肺癌为妇女第二大常见恶性肿瘤。乳腺癌高发病率已成为严重威胁女性健康生死的恶性疾病。目前乳腺癌的治疗是以西医为主的综合治疗,手术、放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗、分子靶向治疗等为主要治疗手段。中医作为辅助性预防治疗,适用于乳腺癌治疗的各个阶段,对西医治疗乳腺癌是有益的补充,目前研究虽然直接杀灭肿瘤不如西医明显但却可以减毒增效,提高生活质量,延长生存期,尤其对降低乳腺癌的复发转移率有一定辅助预防作用,同时根据中医治未病理论指导,该文主要论述中医药对于乳腺癌预防和治疗的研究进展。主要从三方面来论述:(1)乳腺癌前病变的中医药预防研究进展,(2)乳腺癌根治术及保乳手术后中医的辅助性预防乳腺癌复发的进展研究,(3)对于乳腺癌常见的复发转移部分,骨转移、肺转移、肝转移等常见部位中医的辅助性预防研究与进展。结论:中医预防乳腺癌有明显作用,可以预防降低乳腺癌的发生率,降低乳腺癌的复发转移率,提高患者生存率,延长无疾病生存时间及总生存时间,同时可改善患者生存质量,目前中医预防和治疗乳腺癌现状为:主要以中医个体化治疗、辨病辨证治疗为主,以扶正祛邪为治则,缺乏统一标准公认的治疗方案,期待进一步后续研究展开,完善传统中医治疗预防乳腺癌理论及方法,中医药预防治疗乳腺癌的前景是非常广阔的。

Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women,breast cancer has become the world’s first female malignant tumor in China in 2000 to the city area of breast cancer only lung cancer is the second most common malignancy in women. The high incidence of breast cancer has become malignant diseases that threaten the health of women’s life and death. At present,the comprehensive treatment,the treatment of breast cancer with western medicine surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy,molecular targeted therapy,as the main treatment. TCM as a secondary prevention and treatment,suitable for all stages of breast cancer treatment,is a beneficial supplement of Western medicine in the treatment of breast cancer,at present,although the research directly kill tumor than modern medicine significantly but can attenuated efficiency,improve the quality of life,prolong the survival period,especially to reduce breast cancer recurrence and metastasis rate of certain secondary prevention function,also according to treating not disease theory. This paper focuses on the discussion of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention of breast cancer research progress. Mainly from three aspects to discuss：recurrence of breast precancerous lesions of the traditional Chinese medicine prevention research progress after breast cancer radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery of traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant breast cancer prevention research progress of 3 for recurrence of breast cancer is a common transfer part,bone metastasis,lung metastasis,liver metastasis of the common parts of the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary prevention research and development. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine prevention of breast cancer has obvious effect,can prevent and reduce the incidence of breast cancer,reduce breast cancer recurrence and metastasis rate and increase the survival rate of the patients,increase the free disease survival time and survival time,and can improve the quality of life of patients,the Chinese medicine to prevent breast cancer status for：mainly to individual treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,identified disease syndrome differentiation and treatment,to uphold the rule is based,the lack of uniform standards of an accepted treatment option and look forward to further follow-up study,improvement of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment and prevention of the theory and method of breast cancer and promise in the treatment of breast cancer preventive medicine is very broad.
