摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,移徙工人呈现出移民数量日渐增多、非法移徙比重加大以及移民者人权保护堪忧等新的发展趋势。国际移民给国际社会治理带来了流入发达国家道路受阻、移民与犯罪联系紧密等诸多挑战。国际社会应通过加强国际合作、转变移民管理理念和完善服务体系等有力措施来应对挑战。
With the development of economic globalization, new trends of migrant workers began to develop, such as the rising numbers, the increasing proportion of illegal migration, and poor protection of migrants＇ human fights. International migrants have brought lots of challenges to the management of international society： limited migration to developed countries, close connection between migration and crime. International society should co - operate and change concepts and perfect service system of migration management to deal with the challenges.
