摘要
立足于中国当下的媒介生态环境,新媒体素养成为必备的基本素质之一,并有助于媒介领导者理解和把握信息的根本,这不仅是媒介经营管理更新换代的要求,也是适应全球化信息传播的需要。中国媒介领导者的新媒体素养可以通过应变力与判断力的培养、学习力和应用力的强化、思想力和审美力的提升、创新力和创造力的激发等多角度进行提升和完善。
Based on the China's current media environment, new media literacy as one of the essential qualities, help media leaders to understand and grasp the information essentials. This is not only the requirements of media management and updating, but also meets the needs of global information dissemination for media leader. The new media literacy of Chinese media leaders can be improved through the following aspects: the cultivation of resili- ence and judgment; the reinforcement of learning and application; the promotion of ideology and aesthetics; the stimulation of innovation and creativity, etc.
