摘要
生态文明已经成为当前社会主义建设过程当中崇高的价值追求,传统的法律制度已经不能够很好地服务生态文明观,应该积极反思基于生态文明观下的法律制度建设问题。当前中国基于生态文明视野的环境法律制度建设,应该从立法、执法、行政机关与人民群众的权利与义务等角度进行完善,形成科学的生态环境法律保护体系。
Ecological civilization has become the process of socialist construction noble pursuit of value of the current, traditional legal system has not well served ecological civilization, so it should be a positive reflection on the legal system of ecological civilization under the building. China＇s current legal system is based on the environmental vision of ecological civilization, and it should be completed in terms of legislative, executive, administrative authorities and the people＇s rights and reciprocal obligations, forming a scientific system of legal protection of the ecological environment.
