农民专业合作社生态绩效评价研究——基于长沙10家种植专业合作社的调查

Study on ecological performance evaluation of farmers' professional co-operatives——based on the investigation of ten plant professional cooperatives in Changsha

文章基于种植业农民专业合作社发展的背景,运用层次分析法(AHP法)建立了一个包括2个一级指标,7个具体评价指标的农民专业合作社生态绩效评价体系,并以所调研的湖南省长沙10家种植专业合作社为例进行了实证分析,结果表明:其生态绩效整体情况并不理想,从单个农民专业合作社生态绩效得分情况来看,最高为0.494分,最低为0.2863分,说明种植农民专业合作社之间发展欠平衡。

Based on the background of farmers＇ professional cooperatives of the planting industry, analytic hierarchy process（AHP）, including two first-level indicators, seven concrete evaluation index, was used to establish an evaluation system of farmers＇ professional cooperative ecological performance. Then ten plant professional cooperatives were analyzed in Changsha, Hunan province. The measurement results indicated that the overall ecological performance is not ideal. The highest individual farmers＇ professional cooperatives performance score was 0.494, while the lowest score was 0.2836, which means imbalance development between those farmers＇ professional cooperatives.
