血常规、尿常规与C-反应蛋白联合检验在儿科急性阑尾炎患者中的临床意义被引量：7

摘要目的对儿科急性阑尾炎患者采用血常规、尿常规与C-反应蛋白联合检验,判断其临床意义。方法选取2014年4月-2015年4月医院接诊的急性阑尾炎患儿240例,随机分为A、B、C 3组各80例,A组采用尿常规检测,B组采用C-反应蛋白检测,C组采用血常规、尿常规与C-反应蛋白联合检测。将3组检测结果与病理检查进行对比,分析诊断的准确性。结果 A组患儿的样本的阳性率为90.0%,B组为93.8%,C组为100.0%,C组明显优于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组术后3d、5d以及10d较术前CRP均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科急性阑尾炎的患儿采用血常规、尿常规与C-反应蛋白联合检验对提高诊断准确率意义较大。
