降钙素原在非感染性疾病中的临床意义被引量：10

摘要自20世纪90年代Assicot等首次报道血清降钙素原（procalcitonin,PCT）在脓毒血症患者中明显升高以来,降钙素原作为一种新型的炎性标志物,已在临床得到广泛应用,诸多研究已经证实了PCT对脓毒症等感染性疾病中的诊断意义及价值-（[2]）,其在非感染性疾病中的临床意义也逐步引起人们关注。现就降钙素原在非感染性疾病中的临床意义做一简要概述。
