摘要
美国学者波斯纳认为,没有反思的经验是狭隘的经验,至多只能形成肤浅的知识。只有经过反思,教师的经验方能上升到一定的高度,并对后继行为产生影响。在数学教学中,教师同样需要不断的反思,只有在实践中不断反思,才能使我们及时地发现问题,冷静地分析与解决问题,认识到理念与实践的差距,从而才能使新的教育理念内化为个人的教学行为。
American scholar Posner argues that there idea that experiences no reflection is the idea of no use or at most a superficial knowledge. Only after reflection, the teaching experience can rise to a certain height and has subsequent impact for the future. In Mathematics teaching, teachers also need to constantly reflect their teaching behavior. Only in this situation, can teachers figure out problems on time, calmly solve problem, aware the gap between theory and practice, update education concept, and internalize personal teaching behavior.
