作为在一线工作的教师,特别是班主任,经常碰到令他们头疼的"学困生",他们的存在不仅会加重教师的教学负担,而且还可能严重影响到整个班级的综合情况。而对于这些学困生的转化,是班主任的一项重要任务,这项任务不仅有助于教育质量的提高,而且对于培养适应社会发展需要的全面人才有着深刻的意义。

For front line teachers, especially the teacher in charge,＂ students with learning difficulties＂often make them headache. They not only aggravate teacher＇s teaching burden, but also may seriously affect the whole class. So the transformation of this kind of students is a tough task teachers have. The transformation of the students with learning difficulties is not only helpful to education quality improvement, but also has a profound significance for training all- round talents who adapt to the needs of social development.
