Study on the Strategies on Class Management in Middle School

班主任工作量巨大,因此,要想使班级管理工作在有效的时间内产生巨大的实际效应,首先要以学生为核心,让细节管理贯穿整个班级管理工作。本文以实际教学经验为基点,对如何提升班主任管理工作提出了几点建议。

The workload of class teacher is huge, therefore, in order to make the class management more efficient,teachers should make the student be the core and let the detail management throughout the entire class management.Based on the actual teaching experience, this paper provides some suggestions on how to improve the class management work.
