摘要 生态经济评价对于武陵山片区构建生态环境保护长效机制具有重要影响。在已有研究成果的基础上,通过构建生态经济发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,对湖南省武陵山片区的25个县(市,区)的生态经济发展状况进行综合评价。分析湖南武陵山片区部分县(市,区)生态经济发展目前存在的问题,评价结果显示所选区域生态经济发展不平衡,生态经济由中心城市向四周逐渐减弱,生态经济发展受旅游业影响较大等。根据这一现状,从完善绿色GDP政绩评价体系,生态补偿机制和加强生态产业发展等方面提出了一些对策建议。 Ecological and economic evaluation of the Wuling Mountain area is crucial for building a sustainable mechanism for ecological protection. Based on the existing researches done in the area concerning this important issue, this research used the entropy method to determine the index weight of twenty-five cities, counties and districts in Hunan-Wuling Mountain area and provided a comprehensive evaluation of the ecological and economic development in the area. The research also analyzed the ecological problems these districts were facing due to the current unsustainable economic development. The evaluation results showed that there was imbalance between ecological and economic development in the area. As a result of this imbalance, the ecological capital of this region was in a fragile state and its economic development was unsustainable. Therefore, ecological tourism can play a key role in mitigating this imbalance and achieving sustainable development in the area. Finally, designing a perfect green GDP performance evaluation system, enhancing eco-industrial development and enforcing ecological compensation mechanisms are the main courses of action that should be taken to maintain and enhance the ecological and economic conditions of this region.
